Magazines
- Dubus - this is published 4 times a year from Germany with articles
in German and English. A typical issue contains 2 or 3 serious technical
articles, a product review, various microwave reports from different
countries, EME contest results, and the Dubus Toplist of stations by band
and mode. Dubus is targetted mainly at EME operators. Subscription is either
direct (DM40 p.a. in 1998), or via VK3UM (the Australian representative).
- CQ VHF - this magazine was published monthly from 1995 to 1999, and
then died for various reasons. It has re-emerged as a quarterly magazine in
2002, with a stronger technical emphasis. Lots of readable stuff with
several serious technical articles. Available in some newsagents, or by
direct subscription (US$38 p.a. in 2002).
- VHF Communications - this is the international edition of the
German quarterly UKW-Berichte, and is published by KM Publications in
London, UK. A typical issue contains about 6 serious articles covering
VHF/UHF/SHF technology. Subscription is direct (£23.75 p.a. air mail in 2002).
